親愛的同學：大家好
為減少本校交通事故的發生，藉由「積極」、「主動」、「常態」方式，安排外籍學生交通安全入班宣導，為增同學參加之誘因，凡參加交通安全宣導講習者，可選擇抵銷校內車輛違規單，歡迎同學踴躍參加。
活動期程如下：
一、活動日期：2023年05月03日（三）
二、活動時間:1800~1930 (含報到)
三、活動地點：人社二館B209教學教室
四、實施方式。
(一)針對國際學生辦理為「交通安全教育活動」，並於當日下午1800~1930時安排宣導課程。
(二)上課人數以50位為限並採網路預約方式。網址: http://www.student.ndhu.edu.tw/files/87-1007-2408.php
(三)上課人員如欲抵銷校內車輛違規單者(限半年內車輛違規)；課程時數50分鐘抵銷罰款金額100元，請先至本校車輛管理系統申請->下載列印「車輛違規愛校服務申請單」->完成課程後當場蓋章->持申請單至總務處事務組(行政大樓107室)銷單。
(四)本組亦接受各院系申請交通安全入班宣導，抵銷校內車輛違規單同方式三，惟上課時數須至少50分鐘(含)以上方可抵銷。
（五）誠摯邀請國際學生參加，當天有準備有便當喔！！

Dear students,
In order to decrease the number of vehicle accidents, a series of traffic safety classes will be offered. Anyone attending one class could be granted with deductions from the current safety/vehicle violation fine.
Class information
1. Date: May 03th (Wed), 2023
2. Time: 18:00 ~ 19:30 (including check-in)
3.Location: Room B209, Humanities and Social Sciences NO.2
4. Notes:
1) One traffic safety class will be offered at 18:00-19:30 for foreign students.
2)Each class accommodates 50 persons max by appointment on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please sign up via: http://www.student.ndhu.edu.tw/files/87-1007-2408.php
3) For anyone who wishes to get deductions ($100NT deduction for every 50-minute class) from the current safety/vehicle violation fine should complete the following procedure:
(1)Visit the NDHU vehicle management system
(2)Download and fill out an application form for “Service Learning of Vehicle Violation”
(3)Bring it to the class
(4) Have the form verified and stamped after finishing the class
(5)Bring the completed form to Room 107, Administration Building to process the deduction
