標題： NDHU Student Dormitory 【End-of-term Dormitory Closing and Luggage storage】 Announcement

Dear students,
In response to the online drill and long-distance teaching of epidemic prevention teaching, some students have already made plans to leave the dormitory early, the checking out of the dormitory procedure and closing the dormitory important matters are as follows:
1. 【Scheduled leaving before 6/20 (Mon)】: From now until 6/20 (inclusive), If you are scheduled to leave the accommodation, you can apply for luggage storage:
(1) Luggage storage area (Choose 1 out of 2).
1. Dormitory for the next semester (except for dormitory 5, because dormitory 5 is for summer dormitory, if you are staying at dormitory 5 next semester, please and store your luggage in your current dormitory). 
2. Current Dormitory
※However, if the designated storage location is full, your luggage will be moved to another storage location. 
(2) Luggage storage time:
5/21 (Sat), 5/28 (Sat) Luggage storage time: 14:00-16:00
6/2 (Thu), 6/3 (Fri) Luggage storage time: 10:00-12:00, 14:00-16:00
6/11 (Sat), 6/17 (Fri) - 6/20 (Mon) Luggage storage time: 14:00-16:00
※If you want to store your luggage outside the designated time, please make a reservation with the dorm manager for luggage storage. 
(3) If there are parents or friends who will assist in the relocation of the dormitory, please do not enter the dormitory as much as possible and cooperate with the epidemic prevention regulations. 
(4) After completing the check-out procedure, your dormitory access control will be cancelled on the day of departure. 
2. 【6/21 (Tue) Checking-out on the day of closing】At 16:00 on the same day, you can move your luggage into the dormitory of the next semester (except for dormitory 5, because dormitory 5 is for summer dormitory, during the summer accommodation period rooms on the 1st to 3rd floor of dormitory 5 will be cleared):
(1) Before 12:00 noon, the clearance and departure procedure must be completed, the personal luggage will be placed in the cargo transportation area, and there will be a truck to assist in the luggage transport of the east and west dormitories. 
(2) After the inspection of the dormitory at 16:00 p.m., the luggage may be directly moved into the dormitory of the next semester. 
※If you need to leave the accommodation early due to special needs on the same day, or if you need to postpone the return by one day due to transportation, please contact the student living services division. 
(3) If you want to move your luggage directly into the dormitory of the next semester, you must fill in the 【Summer Luggage Storage Dormitory Affidavit】before 6/20 (Mon): https://reurl.cc/ZAy5QV. 
(4) After completing the departure operation, the dormitory access control access certification will be cancelled on the day of departure. 
3. Other important notes
(1) For all departure and relocation assignments, students must follow the epidemic prevention in accordance with epidemic prevention regulations, must wear masks, prohibit eating and drinking and taking off masks during the moving process, carry alcohol for disinfection, maintain an appropriate distance and avoid group gatherings. 
(2) All students who want to leave the accommodation must complete the luggage packing first, and carry out one-time handling and storage homework. Depending on their personal needs, students may borrow a trolley to assist them in carrying their luggage
