標題: Student Dormitory Announcement 【checking-out and luggage storing at the end of the accommodation term】

Dear students,
 In response to the severe epidemic this year and the national level 3 alert situation, the dormitory closing day for this semester has been moved to 7/6, and the annual dormitory relocation and leaving the dormitory procedures need to be moved until the situation has improved or until the lockdown has been lifted. The adjustment instructions are as follows:
I.【Residents who will not apply for summer accommodation】:
    The checking-out and luggage storing operations must be completed before 12:00 noon on the 7/6, and the permission to enter the dormitory will be taken away on the day of check-out.
(1)Students who are still inside the dormitory and do not plan to apply for summer accommodation, from today until 12:00 noon on the 7/6th, may perform the checking-out and luggage storing operations (appointment is required), please make an appointment here: https://reurl.cc/kZ5k9d。
(2)Luggage storage location: West Community House, Small mirror hall (Western Dormitories), 2nd floor of East Community House (Eastern Dormitories); you may choose the luggage storage location as you wish, but if the designated storage location is full, please store at the other location.
(3)Storing time: From today onwards, daily from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM (from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon on July 6th), assisted by a worker, to avoid mass gatherings, please make sure to book an appointment in advance.
(4)Those who have completed the luggage storing are deemed to be leaving the dormitory, and are not allowed to return before the opening of the school dormitory, nor can they apply for summer accommodation! ! !
(5)For those whose parents assisted in the relocation operations, please avoid entering the dormitory as much as possible and comply with the epidemic prevention regulations.
II.【Residents who will apply for summer accommodation】:Please refer to the summer accommodation announcement.
(1)Applicants for summer accommodation will be continue to live in their original dormitory until the level 3 alert has been lifted, and luggage will not be stored.
(2)After the epidemic alert level has been reduced to Level 2, it is necessary to cooperate with the future school's announcement to carry out relocation operations.
(3)At the end of the summer accommodation period, if the epidemic situation hasn’t eased by that time, the residents are requested to cooperate with the school's future announcements.
III.【Those who already left the dormitory or Hualien】
   Important matters: 
(1) In order to avoid moving across counties and cities, it is strongly recommended not to return to school for the time being to move your luggage. The dormitory access will be taken away at 12:00 noon on 7/6.
(2) Personal belongings can be left in their original dorm rooms until the day the level 3 epidemic alert have been lifted, and they must be relocated and handled in accordance with the school's announcement within two weeks .
(3) For those who cannot cooperate with the relocation work after the level 3 epidemic alert have been lifted, they must contact the Student Living Services Division (dormitory management room) and have your dormitory roommate/s or a worker arranged by the Student Living Services Division to assist in the relocation, the student need to pay the relevant expenses (carton, packing and pay for the worker).
(4) Students who have left the dormitory to return home or leave Hualien and have not cleared the dormitory, please fill out task: https://reurl.cc/vqe6M1 。
IV. Other relevant important matters:
(1)For all dormitory and relocation operations, students must follow the epidemic prevention regulations. They must wear masks, carry alcohol for disinfection, observe a proper social distance and avoid mass gatherings.
(2)Students who want to leave the dormitory must first complete the packing of their luggage and carry out one-time handling and storage operations. Students may borrow a trolley or pushcart from the management to carry it by themselves according to their personal needs.
(3)In addition, if the level 3 epidemic alert has been lifted before the beginning of the next semester, it is planned to have transportation service in the afternoon of 9/8 and 9/12 (two days), luggage storage locations across districts (West and East community house) will provide truck for transporting your luggage to the dormitories.
