Drinking during the epidemic prevention period increases the health risk, and it is easy to drink too much without knowing it, which will damage your own immune system, which is not good for fighting the new coronary pneumonia. Drinking should be avoided.

Drinking alcohol can cause more than 200 diseases such as gastric ulcer, liver cirrhosis, stroke, cardiovascular disease, dementia, etc., and increase the risk of cancer such as esophageal cancer and liver cancer. It can also damage the body's immune system and increase the risk of serious complications such as new coronary pneumonia. Therefore, it is better to fight against the new crown virus without drinking alcohol!
Moderate drinking is the past tense. No matter how much you drink, it is harmful to your health. More and more studies have confirmed that there is no safe limit for drinking. In addition, nearly half of Taiwan’s population lacks the alcohol-metabolizing enzyme "Acetaldehyde Dehydrogenase (Acetaldehyde Dehydrogenase," ALDH2)". Drinking can make you blush easily and increase the risk of cancer and dementia. Drinking is not recommended.

For your health and campus health and safety, the health care team reminds you that wearing a mask and washing your hands frequently are good ways to avoid coronavirus infection. It is also important to increase your anti-virus immunity!

2. Balanced diet: Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet to ensure adequate intake of vitamins and minerals.
3 Moderate exercise: It is recommended to do at least 30 minutes of activities a day, such as walking, walking, etc.
4. Daily sun exposure for 15 minutes: Vitamin D is made into the skin when exposed to the sun, which can protect the body from diseases. Rich in
