標題：  Go Game (Wei-qi) class for kids offered by PE Center, 109-1 semester

I.	Purpose: Let kids be enamored by Go chess, like Go game, from which cultivates their patience, concentration ability, and logic thinking. 

II.	Class category: non-credit class.

III.	Enrollment target: Kids of elementary school students, 1st-6th graders.

IV.	Enrollment numbers: at most 12 students, class will not open unless there are at least 8 students.

V.	Instructor: Associate Professor. Hsu, Wei-ting

VI.	Class time: 19:00 ~ 20:00, Sep. 22 ~ Nov.10, 2020 (Tuesday),

VIII.	Charge: NT$ 2000/ 8 sessions, plus NT$ 100 handout about Go, totaling NT$2100/per person.

IX.	(2). Payment: please effect your payment through NDHU’s on-line payment system as follows:

  or pay up directly to Physical Education Center’s office during office hours.

X.	Preferential Tuition : NDHU’s preferential charge stipulation will not apply to this class.

XI.	Other items:
(1). This course is non-credit course, that accords no college credits. 
(2). This course does not apply to NDHU’s preferential charge stipulation.
(3). Drop course handling:
(i). Print out drop course application and send to the person in charge during office hours, application time is the time application form duly received in the office.
(ii). Criteria for Tuition refund is following Ministry of Education’s stipulation: refund before class begins: reimburse 90 % of paid tuition.  Refund for class that has lectured less than 1/3 of all sessions: reimburse 50 % of paid tuition. Refund for class that has lectured over 1/3 of all sessions: no reimburse of paid tuition.
(4). NDHU reserves the right to adjust course according to actual needs. Should there be typhoon alert, whether class close or not will follow the “Work and Class Status during Natural Disasters” announced by Directorate –General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan and no further notification from us. Class will be made up later if there should be school closing due to typhoon.
