各位教職員工生，大家好：
一、依據教育部109年3月4日臺教高通字第1090031305號函知各校「因應109年2月27日疫情指揮中心一級開設，學校應於人員出入密集地點，如校園大門、出入頻繁之側門、停車場、行政大樓、教學大樓、圖書館、宿舍及餐廳等規劃單一出入口並設置防疫站，於每日人員進入校園開放時間，安排人力進行體溫測量」。爰此，依本校防疫指揮官指示：自3月17日起本校提升為一級防疫等級。

Dear Faculty, staff, and students,
1.	Based on the 2020/03/04 official document No. 1090031305 by the Ministry of Education, each university "in response to level 1 operation of the Epidemic Command Center on 2020/02/27, should only allow one single entrance for each crowded location, such as campus gate, side entrance, parking lot, administration building, teaching building, library, dormitory or restaurant, set up an epidemic prevention station, and take temperatures of all entering personnel during open hours."  Accordingly,  the Commander of NDHU Epidemic Prevention announces to raise the prevention and control level to level 1, starting 2020/3/17.
