標題： Reminder for all students living outside the campus.

Dear all,

Recently there are resident to reflect that some of our students who live outside the campus sometime  make noise in the midnight and have already bother resident’s sleeping. Also, they found several students have the behavior such as throwing cigarette butts and trash. Such as behaviors will make the environment and safety issue in the area.   Please really pay attention these.
Office of Student Affairs would like to call on that keeping the tranquility and environment clean is not only the top priority and responsibilities but also the basic manners for every people. 
Student living outside the campus shall have self-discipline and avoid to make loud noise. To keep environment clean and resident area tranquil, if you found the neighbors or roommates have such behaviors, please remind and exhort them.
