Physical Education Center’s continuing & extension course on Barbell Aerobics in semester 107-1 originally scheduled to begin on Oct.1 will be postponed 1 week, i.e., it is now from Oct. 8 through Nov. 5 every Monday, lecturing time remains unchanged. As there were some unexpected accidental drop-outs from this class before it starts, this much hanker-after class is now again available for Dong Hwa’s faculty and students; we welcome your sign-in for this class. This course provides strength training by means of light-weight barbells in conjunction with sprightly music, which is training muscle groups over full body through low-bearing weight, high-repetition and varied sets of barbells, then promotes muscle strength, muscle endurance, sculpture healthy body curves. Object of enrollment: faculty, students and off-campus residents Number of enrollments: 8 persons, class will not open unless there are at least 8 persons. Class Time: Monday evening 18：00~ 19：00, class date: Oct.8, Oct.15, Oct.22, Oct.29 and Nov. 5, totaling 5 sessions.
