標題： 107學年度學生宿舍第三次候補作業相關事項【Student Dormitory】Stage Ⅲof Application

各位親愛的同學，大家好：
「107學年度學生宿舍第三次候補申請」之重要事項如下：
一、第三次候補登記作業
1.登記時間：107年8月10日中午12時起至20日下午16時止。
2.宿舍候補登記，需輸入選課帳號、密碼，並確認已繳清住宿相關欠費。
3.以個人為申請單位，可選擇三個志願莊別，依電腦亂數抽籤決定，登記時間先後不影響候補結果。
4.凡候補成功之同學不得提出退宿要求，請同學審慎考慮再做申請。若非因畢業、休退學或其他不可抗拒原因仍要求退宿者，依據「國立東華大學學生宿舍申請住宿及退費辦法」第七條第二項，保證金不予退還，特此提醒與說明。
二、第三次候補結果公告
公告時間：107年8月27日中午12時起可自行至學生宿舍申請系統查詢。
三、繳交住宿相關費用金
住宿相關費用(住宿保證金、住宿費和宿網費)新增在台灣銀行學雜費入口網，請自行列印繳交，持繳費單辦理入住。
※注意事項提醒:
1.學年住宿有學期住宿、寒假及暑假住宿等時段，依收費規定辦理；有關宿舍開放與關閉日期，依學校公告之行事曆為準。
★2.宿舍床位以填滿床位為原則，學校得視宿舍需求和住宿狀況，由生輔組進行寢室與床位調遷編排。
3.寒暑假期間宿舍關閉，有住宿需求者須配合學校公告時程另提申請。
★4.寒暑假期間，生輔組為維護宿舍住宿品質，將進行清潔作業及修繕工程；凡開放寄放行李之寢室，須配合寄放作業規定置放行李，若無法配合者將不提供寄放服務，個人行李請自行保管。
★5.行雲莊一、二樓住宿生須配合寒假住宿需求淨空寢室，個人行李依寄放作業規定置放於宿舍提供之空間。
★6.配合學校實施垃圾不落地政策，宿舍公共區域將不放置垃圾筒及資源回收筒，為維護環境衛生應遵守宿舍生活公約。

Dear All,
Three steps of the dormitory application procedure
Step 1. Sign up online
1) Sign-up will start at 2018/8/10 12:00 and end at 2018/08/20.
2) Log in with your course-selection account and password. Be sure that you have paid off all the previous dormitory fees.
3) Each individual student is taken as the application unit and can set three dormitory rooms as priorities. The result will be determined by the computer drawing system.
4) No student is allowed to withdraw the application once being drawn. The deposit is non-returnable if you decide to withdraw the application afterwards for any reason other than graduation, dropping out of the school or some other irresistible reasons.
Step 2. Announcement of the result
Please visit the dormitory website for the result announced at 2018/8/27 12：00.
Step 3. Pay the Dormitory fee
Please visit Bank of Taiwan at https://school.bot.com.tw/twbank.net/index.aspx, to print out the bill of dormitory fees. Bring the receipt as the proof of payment to the Dorm Manager so that you may be allowed to move in.
※ Notes
1) The dormitory fee is charged by the accommodation type (either semester or winter/summer vacation, etc). The opening and closing dates of the dormitory are in accordance of the university's calendar.
★2) Though the dormitory and room preference is specified by applicants, residents must cooperate with the arrangement by the Student Living Services Division due to the dormitory accommodation conditions.
3) Residents who need to stay in a dormitory during the summer or winter vacation must apply for the dormitory by the designated deadline.
★4) In order to maintain the living quality of dormitory, cleaning and repair would be implemented during the summer and winter vacations. A luggage storage area will be provided for temporary storage until the vacation-end. Residents who fail to adhere to luggage storage rules should refrain utilizing the service. Please be noted that the Living Services Division will not be held liable for any loss of or damage to your belongings. Store luggage at your own risk.
★5) During the winter vacation, residents of the first and second floors at Xingyun Zhuang (DormitoryⅤ) need to clear out their rooms. The dormitory will provide residents with a luggage storage area until the vacation-end.
★6) In line with the university's " Keep Trash Off the Ground" policy, garbage/recycling bins will not be provided in public areas at any dormitory. Residents have to follow regulations to maintain a clean environment.
