【2018 Second Application Announcement for “NDHU Students Participating in International Short-term Program, Activity or Conference” Subsidy, Deadline Jul 06】 1. Applicable Students All NDHU degree students. The students should hold their students’ status while participating in any applied program. 2.Application Types A. Individual Application B. Group Application (Minimum 3 students) Students should apply for admission from the host universities/institutions, and send the letter of acceptance to NDHU Office of Int’l Affairs. 3. Subsidy Amount A. Individual Application: Maximum NTD12,000. B. Group Application: Maximum NTD80,000 each group. The distribution of the subsidy is based on the application materials and the outbound place. 4. Required Documents A. Individual Application: I. Autobiography II. Motivation Letter III. Detail information of the program IV. Future Feedback Proposal (* the most important one) V. Academic Transcripts in NDHU VI. Parental Consent (Please refer to the attached format) VII. Other helpful materials (Maximum 5 pages, optional) VIII. Letter of Acceptance (If one could not provide LOA within the deadline, please state the expected date of the admission announcement.) *All the above documents should be in pdf format. B. Group Application I. Each Group i. Proposal, including the introduction of the activity or conference, expected results, future feedback plan (* the most important one), etc. ii. Letter of Acceptance (If one could not provide LOA within the deadline, please state the expected date of the admission announcement.) II. Each Group Member i. Autobiography ii. Motivation Letter iii. Academic Transcripts in NDHU iv. Parental Consent (Please refer to the attached format) v. Application Deadline Send the required documents to NDHU Office of Int’l Affairs (ice@gms.ndhu.edu.tw) by 2018/7/6 17:00. 6. Subsidy Announcement Subsidy will be announced on the homepage of NDHU Office of Int’l Affairs before 2018/7/20. 7. Subsidy Payment One should hand in the Report, Proposal Execution Result and Follow-up Plan, Flight ticket stub, and other required documents to OIA and hold a sharing session within one month after the program, activity, or conference. *If one’s program is held in November, one should finish all the requirements before 2018/12/10. *If one’s program is held in July or August, please hold the sharing session after the semester starts and before the end of October.
