【專題演講】萌芽中的跨國影像行動：法國臺灣原住民電影日策展分享 主題：萌芽中的跨國影像行動：法國臺灣原住民電影日策展分享 主講：思嘎亞‧曦谷 Skaya Siku｜中研院民族所博士後研究員 主持：楊鈞凱Chun-Kai YANG｜國立東華大學語傳系專案講師 時間：2018/06/05 17:30-19:00 地點：原民院音樂教室（B106） 主辦：國立東華大學原住民族國際事務中心 今年五月中，第一屆的「法國臺灣原住民電影日」在巴黎塞納河畔的musée du quai Branly - ¬Jacques Chirac 巴黎布朗利河岸博物館熱烈展開。不論在法國或臺灣，這都是項開創的行動，首次透過影展形式，嘗試回顧1930年代以來，二十多部由不同族裔導演所執導的原住民影像作品。而這項放映計畫，特別聚焦在探索臺灣原住民族的轉型正義及歷史記憶。 「臺灣原住民電影日」是一項構築在視覺人類學架構下的放映計畫，目的在推動臺法影像工作者與學者之間具有反思意義且開放的對話平台。這項計畫預計放映一系列臺灣原住民族社會改革與權利運動的相關電影和紀錄片，並邀請跨區域研究的影人與學者、專家（包括非洲、歐洲、亞洲、美洲、太平洋與澳洲等）進行多元觀點的交會座談。臺灣的特殊國際地位與處境，讓我們有機會思考透過原住民族議題與視野來進行影像的傳達，值得一提的是，本電影日中多數作品皆首次於法國公開放映。 本中心特別邀請獨立影像工作者楊鈞凱（《不得不上路》紀錄片導演）主持這場由法國臺灣原住民電影日策展人Skaya Siku （法國社會科學高等研究院藝術暨視覺人類學博士） 所分享的講座！歡迎大家一起來聽聽這項具有積極意識的影像計畫所要傳遞的訊息與執行經驗的反思。 The inaugural Taiwan Indigenous Film Day in France opened in May, 2018, at the musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac in Paris. This undertaking, be it in France or Taiwan, is unprecedented in showing 20+ films by directors from various Indigenous groups since 1930s with a focus on historical memory and transitional justice for Taiwan Indigenous peoples. ‘Taiwan Indigenous Film Day’ is a screening project framed within visual anthropology. It aims to establish an exchange platform for people working with films as well as visual scholars in Taiwan and France. This project aims to show a series of feature and documentary film on indigenous social reformation and rights movement in Taiwan, many of which are premiers in France, and invite scholars, film makers and visual experts from Africa, Europe, Asian, the Americans, the Pacific Region and Australia to participant in panel discussions. Through indigenous issues and perspectives, we can better understand Taiwan’s unique and complex international status and location.
