親愛的畢業生，您好：

首先恭喜您，即將順利完成學業，邁入下一階段的新旅程，預祝各位 鵬程萬里！
畢業典禮當天為了服務您家長能順利蒞校觀禮，本校特於花蓮火車站（後站出口處）及志學火車站設立「接駁專車服務處」，提供交通接駁專車，以服務您家長的交通往返。

一、申請方式:限網路申請。
(一)申請時間：107年5月7日（星期一）08：00起至107年6月1日（星期五）12：00止。
(二)登錄網址http://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/bus_graduate/Login.aspx 或本校首頁＼畢業典禮交通接駁車。
(三)每位畢業生限登記四張，並下載列印車票(憑票上車)。
二、乘車日期:106年6月9日（星期六）
三、乘車地點/時間：
(一)【來程】：
(1)花蓮火車站（後站出口）：09:00、09：50、10：50、11：40、12：20、13：00、13：30、14:10、15:40。
(2)志學火車站：09:30、10:20、11:20、12:10、12:50、13:30、14:00、14:40、16:10。
(3)行駛路線:花蓮火車站（後站）－＞志學火車站(視需要) －＞原住民民族學院－＞理工二館－＞體育館出口(鄰近外環道) －＞本校西區宿舍(視需要)。
(二)【回程】:
(1)本校體育館大門(鄰近外環道)：17:40、18：10、18:40。
(2)行駛路線:本校體育館出口(鄰近外環道)－＞花蓮火車站（後站）
(三)【校內接駁】:各學院前至畢業典禮會場(體育館)
(1)接駁地點:各學院前。
(2)接駁時間:1330至1630時止(平均每20~30分鐘一車次)。
(四)公車交通資訊
(1)時刻表:詳見學校首頁/關於東華/交通資訊；QR CODE如附圖。
(2)太魯閣客運:
於花蓮火車站前站遊客中心前，搭乘301線至本校下車，校內停靠圖書館、育成中心及行政大樓等三處。
(3)花蓮客運: 
於花蓮火車站前站，搭乘花蓮客運「1121」（往光復）及「1128」（月眉線）至本校，校內停靠行政大樓、育成中心及圖書館等三處。
(五)校內交通資訊:
(1)校內接駁專車(免費):接駁時間:1330時~1630，接駁地點及路線如附圖二。
(2)自行車:借用地點為本校大門(採現場登記免費借用，限校內使用)。
(3)OBike共用自行車(需付費):透過手機App掃描車身QRcode啟用，即可騎乘。
四、其他:
(一)全校畢業生及家長均可免費申請搭乘「畢業典禮交通接駁專車」，並請提早抵達乘車地點等候，以免向隅，憑票上車，無票者亦僅能視專車尚餘空位數安排候補等待搭乘。
(二)「畢業典禮交通接駁專車」來（回）程路線圖（如附件），屆時可依行車路線圖，在您欲到達之地點附近下車。

For the convenience of your family to attend the Commencement, Dong-Hwa cordially provides shuttle services on 2018/06/09 (Sat) between Hualien Train Station (rear station), Zhixue Train Station, and the Shou-Feng campus.

I. Application: online application
1. Application time: 08:00 2018/05/07(Mon) to 12:00 2018/06/01(Fri)
2. Signing-up: Choose your preferred time and print the ticket(s) out at the website ( http://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/bus_graduate/Login.aspx )
3. Each student can apply for up to 4 tickets.  Please present your ticket(s) when boarding.

II. Time and Place:
【Inbound – Going to Dong-Hwa】
1.Hualien Train Station (rear station): 09:00、09:50、10:50、11:40、12:20、13:00、13:30、14:10、15:40
2.Zhixue Train Staion: 09:30、10:20、11:20、12:10、12:50、13:30、14:00、14:40、16:10
3.Bus route: Hualien Train Station (rear station)－＞Zhixue Train Station (if needed)－＞Indigenous Studies Building－＞Science and Engineering Building II －＞ Gymnasium－＞Dormitory(Ⅰ~Ⅳ) (if needed) 
【Leaving Dong-Hua】
1.	Gymnasium:17:40, 18:10, 18:40
2.Shuttle Route: Gymnasium－＞Hualien Train Station (Rear Station)

【Shuttle Bus on campus】
1.Boarding location: bus stop in front of each college
2.Boarding time:13:30~16:30 2018/06/09

III. Others: 
1. All the graduates and their families can take the shuttles for free. Please arrive at the bus stop earlier and present ticket(s) on boarding.  Those without tickets must wait for available seats.
2.The map of shuttle route is attached.
