標題： 【提醒您】同學至校外租屋相關注意事項 Reminder of Off-Campus Housing

各位同學，大家好：
又到了找屋換屋的季節，為了確保同學校外賃居安全與相關權益，特別提醒準備在校外尋找租屋的同學應注意之相關事項：
一、找屋時，請參考本校「校外租屋網」之租屋資訊（所列屋舍均為教育部「學生租屋建物安全評核」項目檢核合格，http://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/renthouse/Index.aspx）。
二、外出看屋前，先閱讀「校外租屋網」之「校外租屋注意事項」（http://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/SA/renthouse/Download.aspx），並請同學陪同一起前往。
三、今年度壽豐校區附近可出租給學生之房間數量充裕；謹記「貨比三家不吃虧」，勿貿然決定付訂金或簽約，訂金一旦支付出極難收回，請慎重行之。

Dear fellow students：
The hunting season of housing rental is around the corner. In order to ensure the safety and rights of students, we’d like to remind all the students planning to look for off-campus of the following:

1.	Please refer to "校外租屋網(Off-campus Housing Net)" for detailed information. All of listed rentals are certified by  "Student Housing Safety Assessment" of the Ministry of Education.
2.	It’s highly recommendable to have someone for company while visiting potential landlords.  Please read "校外租屋注意事項 (Tips of Off-campus Housing (URL:http://sys. Ndhu.edu.tw/SA/renthouse/Download.aspx)" carefully.  
3. A sufficient supply of rentals has been observed for this upcoming semester. You’re advised to think it twice before making a final decision. Remember, it is difficult to withdraw once the deposit is paid.
We sincerely hope all of you could find a safe and comfortable accommodation.
