【填問卷，抽禮卷!】活動辦法
★活動時間
　4/18~5/02期間觀賞計畫短片並填寫東華深耕計畫意見表單，
　5/15由本校卓越中心電腦隨機抽出30位問卷填答者以獲得禮物，並於
　5/30前領取完成。
　
★抽獎資格
　為進行抽獎活動，問卷調查僅收集email作為獲獎聯繫之用途，
　且每個email為一次抽獎機會，請務必提供正確的email以供聯繫。
　
★接下來會陸續推出深耕計畫所舉辦的活動，請大家拭目以待~

Fill up the questionnaires of Higher Education Sprout Project to win a gift coupon
　
Do you know the Higher Education Sprout Project?
Take your time to watch the videos and fill up the questionnaires, you can win the gift coupons.
　
Center of Teaching Excellence is eager to hear your voice about the project. We will provide at least 30 gift coupons for people who watch videos that have the fundamental information of the project and answer the question online during 18, April to 02, May. The winners will be picked up via computer program and be announced on the website in 15, May. Do not give up the chance to provide your feedback and win the award.

★ People who win the gift coupon must visit Center of Teaching Excellence to pick it up by himself/herself.
★ Your email just for contact information when you win the gift coupon.
★ Each email can win a gift coupon only.
★ If you do not pick up the coupon before 30, May, your award will be cancelled.
