各位親愛的同學,大家好:
  107學年度學生宿舍申請三要件: 
一、完成登錄作業
   1.宿舍申請登錄時間:107年3月19日上午9時起至各階段床位申請截止日止。
   2.宿舍申請登錄,需輸入選課帳號、密碼,並確認本人郵局或銀行帳戶資料且已繳清住宿相關欠費,欲登記室友者需驗證室友學號與手機號碼,請同學至電子學習履歷先行確認手機號碼正確無誤。

二、完成床位申請
 1.申請時間如后:     
(1)碩博生(男、女):107年3月22日中午12時30分起至3月23日16時止。
(2)大學部(女生):107年3月27日中午12時30分起至3月28日16時止。
(3)大學部(男生):107年3月29日中午12時30分起至3月30日16時止。     
 (4)第一次候補(登記):107年4月2日中午12時30分起至4月3日16時止。
        2.說明:
         (1)由於宿舍床位申請攸關同學權益,請同學務必留意各項作業申請時間,並詳閱每一階段床位申請時程與說明,倘有逾期者,基於公平原則,無法申請補辦。
         (2)優先保障住宿之同學(中低收入戶、低收入戶、身心障礙生、境外生及大一升大二的同學)亦須依上述時間完成床位申請作業,若未提出申請者將視同床位放棄。

三、繳交住宿保證金
1.住宿保證金繳交時間為107年3月31日中午12時起至4月11日24時止,床位申請成功者須於期限內繳交住宿保證金(每人貳仟元整)以取得住宿資格,請同學務必留意繳費期限。
2.未於期限內完成保證金繳交者視同床位放棄,其放棄之床位將提供候補同學進行床位申請。
3.完成保證金繳交者具有107學年度上、下學期住宿資格,為避免影響其他同學床位申請權益,建議同學珍惜已完成申請之床位,若非因畢業、休退學或其他不可抗拒原因仍要求放棄床位或退宿者,依據「國立東華大學學生宿舍申請住宿及退費辦法」第七條第二項,保證金不予退還,特此提醒與說明。

※注意事項提醒:
1.學年住宿有學期住宿、寒假及暑假住宿等時段,依收費規定辦理;有關宿舍開放與關閉日期,依學校公告之行事曆為準。
★2.宿舍床位以填滿床位為原則,學校得視宿舍需求和住宿狀況,由生輔組進行寢室與床位調遷編排。
3.寒暑假期間宿舍關閉,有住宿需求者須配合學校公告時程另提申請。
★4.寒暑假期間,生輔組為維護宿舍住宿品質,將進行清潔作業及修繕工程;凡開放寄放行李之寢室,須配合寄放作業規定置放行李,若無法配合者將不提供寄放服務,個人行李請自行保管。
★5.行雲莊一、二樓住宿生須配合寒暑假住宿需求淨空寢室,個人行李依寄放作業規定置放於宿舍提供之空間。
★6.配合學校實施垃圾不落地政策,宿舍公共區域將不放置垃圾筒及資源回收筒,為維護環境衛生應遵守宿舍生活公約。

Dear All,
Three steps of the dormitory application procedure
Step 1. Sign up online 
1)	Sign-up will start at 9:00 19th March, 2018 
2)	Log in with your course-selection account and password. Please ensure that your Post Office or other relevant banking details are filled in correctly and be sure that you have paid off any previous outstanding dormitory fees. If you would like to choose a roommate for next semester, please also fill out his/her student ID and cell phone number in the Electronic Learning Resume system.  
Step 2. Complete the application process
1)	Application period:
	Graduated students (males/females): 3/22 12:30 ~ 3/23 16:00 , 2018
	Undergraduate students (female): 3/27 12:30 ~ 3/28 16:00 , 2018
	Undergraduate students (male): 3/29 12:30 ~ 3/30 16:00 , 2018
	Waiting list application: 4/2 12:30 ~ 4/3 16:00 , 2018
2)	Please check the above dates carefully. Space may not be available for students who fail to apply on time. 
3)	Students who have been given an accommodation priority(middle-low-income households, low-income households, physically and mentally handicapped students, international students, and freshmen) should also follow the application procedure. No application would be accepted after the deadlines.
Step 3. Pay the deposit (2,000 NT)
1)	Payment period: 3/31 12:30 ~ 4/11 24:00 , 2018 
2)	Be sure to pay the deposit during this period, otherwise your application will be cancelled.  The reserved space will be released to the waiting applicants. 
3)	The deposit won’t be returned to you if you give up the application afterwards for any reason other than graduation, dropping out of the school or some other irresistible reasons.
※	Notes 
1) The dormitory fee is charged by the accommodation type (either semester or winter/summer vacation, etc). The opening and closing dates of the dormitory are in accordance of the university's calendar.
★2) Though the dormitory and room preference is specified by applicants, residents must cooperate with the arrangement by the Student Living Services Division due to the dormitory accommodation conditions.  
3) Residents who need to stay in a dormitory during the summer or winter vacation must apply for the dormitory by a designated deadline.
★4) In order to maintain the quality of domority, cleaning and repair would be implemented during the summer and winter vacations.  A luggage storage area will be provided for residents who need to store their luggage temporarily until vacation-end.  Residents who fail to adhere to luggage storage rules should refrain utilizing the service. Please be noted that the Living Services Division will not be held liable for any loss of, or damage to your belongings.  Store luggage at your own risk.
★5) During the winter vacation, students who live on the first and second floors of Xingyun Zhuang (DormitoryⅤ) need to clear out their rooms. The dormitory will provide residents with an area to store luggage until the vacation-end.  
★6) In line with the university's " Keep Trash Off the Ground" policy, garbage/recycling bins will not be provided in public areas in any dormitory.  Residents have to follow regulations to maintain a clean environment.
