Dear all Dong Hwa’s faculty and students: Physical Education Center offers TRX Muscular Strength Training continuing and extension course in semester 106-2 and begins to accept your signing-up. TRX (Total body Resistance eXercise) Muscular Strength Training: Main purpose of TRX Muscular Strength Training course is to let student learn how to use TRX, by which learn to exercise correctly your muscle groups and develop core strength, then attain the whole body training effect. Minimum students to start a class: 8 persons. Total number of students in a class: 14 persons. Class time: Tuesday noon 12:10~13:10 Instructor: Mme. Wu, Jia-fen Class date: Mar. 6 ~ Apr. 24, 2018, total 8 sessions. Sign-up: please log on website and register:https://goo.gl/forms/q28GYVpjNPEVemiY2 Charge: 1. One class consists of 8 sessions (total 8 hours), NT$1600/ per person. 10% discount for former students, i.e., NT$1440/per person Teaching materials excluded. 2.
