各位親愛的住宿生，大家好：
本學期即將結束，有關寒假宿舍規定，注意事項如后：
一、寒假宿舍關閉時間：107年1月24日(三)中午12時起。
二、106-2宿舍開放時間：107年2月23日(五)中午12時起。
三、寒宿申請規定：
(一)申請對象：僅限研究生和境外生。
(二)寒宿期間：107年1月24日(三)下午17時起至107年2月23日(五)上午10時止。
(三)床位安排：考量「安全」為原則，寒假住宿採「統一住宿」方式; 106學年床位在擷雲莊或行雲莊者續住原寢，其餘則集中住宿於「行雲莊」。
(四)春節期間(107年2月15日（四）中午12時起至2月20日（二）中午12時止)宿舍將全面關閉除境外生外，請住宿同學返家過節。
(五)其他規定：寒宿同學請於107年2月23日(五)上午10時前，將寢室淨空並將房間打掃乾淨。

Dear:
Dormitory Rules and Regulations for end of semester are as follows:
1) Student Dormitories will be closed from 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 24th, 2018.
2) Student Dormitories will be opened at 12:00 p.m. Friday, February 23rd, 2018.
3) Winter Vacation Accommodation Application
a.) Only be provided for Graduate and International Undergraduate Students who plan to remain in student dorms for the 2nd semester.
b.) Accommodation Period: 5:00 p.m.Wednesday, January 24th, 2018 – 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 23rd, 2018.
c.) Room number and Bed number: All students remaining for Winter Vacation will be housed together in Xing Yun (Dormitory 5) at first floor. If you currently live in Dormitory 5 or Dormitory 1, we will be stay in your room which you are having now.
d.) During Chinese New Year (12:00 p.m. Thursday, February 15th – 12:00p.m. Tuesday , February 20th), all student need to leave the dorm except for the international student.
e.) Please assure that the room is cleaned and empty before 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 23rd, 2018.
