親愛的同學您好：

　　首先，歡迎您加入東華這個大家庭！9/16（六）我們就要相見歡囉～在準備進住東華宿舍的這一刻，您是抱著怎樣的心情？對於未來的住宿環境與生活肯定充滿好奇與期待～別擔心，在這裡，我們會讓您感受到另一個「家」的溫暖，並擁有新的家人！
　　為了歡迎各位同學的到來，並讓大家可以在短時間內了解宿舍大小事，同學可以先行參閱新生小手冊，以及宿舍小叮嚀，如果對於宿舍有其他的疑問或是困擾，您可以詢問各莊管理員或宿舍自治服務委員（簡稱：宿委），每一位成員都很樂意為您服務，幫您找到答案及解決方式。

Welcome to the NDHU Family! We are anxiously awaiting your arrival on September 16th! Are you wondering what NDHU Campus Life would be like? Do not worry! We will ensure that you have that warm feeling of home with your new family. 
In preparation for your arrival, we recommend that everyone consult their student handbook, and observe all dormitory regulations. If you have any inquiries or issues, do not hesitate to ask the Dormitory Managers or our Student Dormitory Committee, they will be happy and willing to help you resolve your issues.
