親愛的師長與同學大家好： 中央氣象局預計今(5)日上午8時30分發布輕度颱風【尼莎】海上警報，根據氣象局最新觀測資料顯示，【尼莎】颱風將在明天中午在台灣東半部觸陸，估計周六、周日風雨明顯，影響最甚。 氣象局預估，東半部因受到尼莎颱風外圍環流影響，不時會有局部陣雨，高溫約33、34℃，不下雨時仍相對悶熱。預計最快本日下午2時30分發布陸上颱風警報。 提醒本校全體師生： 隨時注意颱風動態並提早做好防颱準備，並避免山區及溪邊、海邊等戶外活動；預定辦理(參加)戶外活動者，請密切注意颱風動態，必要時改變行程或提早結束。 Dear all The Central Weather Bureau has issued Typhoon Watch Advisory #9for Typhoon NESAT as it currently situated over waters and is quickly approaching. We kindly remind our staff and students to make your storm preparations early. Also please refrain from engaging in any outdoor activities, especially in mountainous areas or any area near bodies of water. Organizers and participants of any outdoor activity/event should also very pay close attention to the path of the storm and make arrangements in advance, so that if needs be, changes in routes or ending times of the activity/event can be timely communicated.
