各位親愛的同學，大家好：
　　「106年度暑假住宿申請」之重要事項如下：
一、【暑宿申請】
申請網址：http://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/sa/summer/login.aspx
1.申請時間：106年6月1日(四)中午12時起至6月7日(二)中午12時止。
2.暑期宿舍申請，需輸入選課帳號、密碼，並確認已繳清住宿相關欠費。
3.申請流程：自行網路申請—＞繳費—＞憑繳費收據辦理入住。

二、【住宿時間】
1.全期：106年6月20日(二) 下午17時起至106年9月12日(二)中午12時止。
2.半期：
         a、前半期：106年6月20日(二)下午17時起至7月31日（一）中午12時止。（逾期未完成退宿者，將視同續住後半期，並補繳住宿費）
         b、後半期：106年8月1日（二）中午12時起至106年9月12日（二）中午12時止。
3.短期：按天計（社團、營隊或系所辦活動用）。

三、【暑宿床位公告】
1.公告時間：106年6月9日(五)中午12時起，自行至暑宿申請系統查詢。
2.暑期住宿一律統一安排住宿，由學校安排寢室床位。

四、【繳交暑宿費用】
繳費時間：106年6月9日(五)起至6月20日(二)止，請自行至臺灣銀行網頁下載繳費單繳費。

五、【注意事項提醒】
1.暑假期間，研究生宿舍除維修外原則上開放； 大學部暑宿莊開放：沁月莊、迎曦莊。
2.攸關個人住宿權益，申請宿舍床位前請務必詳細閱讀住宿相關法規。

Dear All,
Below are important details regarding Academic Year 106: Summer Vacation Dormitory Application:

1)	Application of Summer Dormitory Accommodation
a)	Application Period: 12:00, June 1st, 2017 – 12:00, June 7th, 2017.
b)	Login information is the same as the one used when registering for courses online. ***ALL PREVIOUS FEES REGARDING STUDENT DORMS MUST BE PAID OFF BEFORE APPLYING FOR SUMMER DORMS. ***
c)	Application Process: Apply Online –> Pay Fees –> Bring the receipt as the proof of payment to the Dorm Manager so that you may be allowed to move in.

2)	Dormitory Accommodation Period
a).	Full time accommodation:17:00, June 20th, 2017 – 12:00, September 12nd, 2017.
b).	Half time accommodation: 
i.	1st period: 17:00 June 20th, 2017 ~ 12:00 July 31st,, 2017.
※Note: If you don’t complete the required move-out procedure before the deadline, you will be considered as continuing with the 2nd period accommodation and need to pay the fee.	
ii.	2nd period: 12:00 August 1st, 2017 ~ 12:00 September 12nd, 2017.
     c).  Short-term accommodation: Charged by day (for special activities or events)

3)	Announcement of Accommodation Availability
a)	Time of Announcement: 12:00 June 9th, 2017. Check the information online. 
b)	Room arrangement will be made by the University.
4)	Dormitory Fees
Period of Payment: June 9th, 2017 ~ June 20th, 2017. Please visit Bank of Taiwan at https://school.bot.com.tw/twbank.net/index.aspx, to print out the bill of dormitory fees.
5)	Notes
a).	The graduate students’ dorm will be open except the ones under maintenance. Xinyang Zhuang and Yingxi Zhuang will be the summer dorms for undergraduate students. 
b).	Please read all rules and regulations concerning dormitory accommodation before applying for Summer Vacation Dorms.
