Announcement of election for president and vice president of the NDHU student union for the academic year of 2017 March 27, 2017 中選字第0001號 1. Type of election: President and vice president of the NDHU Student Union 2. Quota: The candidates of president and vice president should team up in conjunction. One team shall be elected. 3. Electoral district: National Dung Hwa University. 4. Registration deadline and method: Before 23:59, April 13, 2017 through the link: goo.gl/aB055f Please e-mail the following information with title “NDHU Central Election Commission(CEC)” to ndhucec2017@gmail.com a.Application form (PDF)* b.Computer screen shot of the completed registration (The process will be incomplete if no e-mail with a screen shot is received or no information in the registration link can be located.) c.Half-length photos for both candidates (standard of passport photos, no selfies allowed) * Download the application form through the link: goo.gl/RHo8VB ** No hard copies will be accepted ***Do not revise any formats 5. Time and place of drawing lots: 12:00, April 17, 2017, the Division of Student Activities, the Administrative Building Candidates should attend in person or be represented by an agent (with power of attorney).
