各位住宿生大家好：
一、105學年第一學期學生宿舍電費計費期程共四階段：
(一)第一階段: 105年09月01日至105年10月01日。
(二)第二階段: 105年10月01日至105年11月01日。
(三)第三階段: 105年11月01日至105年12月01日。
(四)第四階段: 105年12月01日至106年01月12日。
二、宿舍個人使用電費和扣罰請自行上網查詢。如對電費和扣罰金額有疑慮，請於106年3月10日(五)前至生輔組辦理複查，如未按時提出或提出後查證無誤，將仍依本公佈結果辦理。
三、上下學期應繳電費和扣罰於該學年度結束後結算，從該學年度之住宿保證金扣抵，若保證金不足扣抵者，另行通知補繳。

Dear dormitory residents,
1.	The electricity charges of Student Dormitory are calculated by 4 periods 
(1)	1st Period: September 9th, 2016 – October 1st, 2016.
(2)	2nd Period: October 1st, 2016 – November 1st, 2016.
(3)	3rd Period: November 1st, 2016 – December 1st, 2016
(4)	4th Period: December 1st, 2016 – January 12th, 2017.
2.	Please check your charge information on-line. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the calculations, you are welcome to consult the Student Living Services Division, Office of Student Affairs before Friday, March 10th, 2017.
3.	The charge amount is calculated at the end of the each semester, and deducted from your deposit. Only if your deposit is not enough for the deduction, will you need to pay the balance.
