親愛的師長與同學大家好：
花蓮縣106年萬安40號軍民聯合防空演習，於3月2日(星期四)13時30分至14時實施。
防空警報發放後，人、車一律按規定接受警察、憲兵及民防人員指揮引導實施避難及緊閉門窗、管制燈火、音響。
學校正常上課，惟須遵守上述規定，關閉門窗及實施人員管制。

Dear faculty, staff, and students,
Ｈuailen County’s Wan-an 40 public air defense drill of year 2017 will be implemented 13:30 to 14:00, March 2 (Thursday). 
that 
As soon as the air-raid alarm is posted, all people and vehicles shall be evacuated under the command of police, military policeman or civil defense personnel. Besides, doors and windows shall be closed and lights and sounds shall be controlled.
The school class or activity schedule will not be affected, except all personnel should comply with the above restrictions.
