標題： Services of Free Flu Vaccinations

        According to the latest policy by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, free flu vaccinations will be offered starting December, 2016 for all citizens.  Vaccinations take at least two weeks to be in effect after a shot is given.  Immediate actions are recommended for those who are in need or at high risks.
       Vaccination services are sponsored by the government and free of charge. In order to maintain a safe and healthy campus, NDHU has been granted the priority for shots by Shoufeng Health Center.  All NDHU members are entitled and welcome to sign up. 
● Time: 16:00~17:30, Dec.7(Wed),2016
● Place: Room 114, Administration Building
● Qualifications: Faculty, staff, students, and their families (except babies under 6 months) 
● Vaccine Contraindications: 
1.Anyone with a serious allergy to egg proteins or any component of the vaccine should not receive the influenza vaccine.
2.Anyone who has had severe allergic reaction after previous administration of any influenza vaccine should not receive the influenza vaccine.

● Notes: 
1.National Health Insurance IC Card or ARC is required when taking the shot.
2.Parental consent is required of those who are under 20.  Forms can be picked up at the Health Center of NDHU (Room 114, Administration Building).
