標題： Signing up for transportation from train station to Dong-Hua (for 2016 school year freshmen)

Dear all,
　　In order to offer the parents and the students with cordial service for dormitory check-in, we provide shuttles for transportation on September 3, 2016, the following is how you can make application for shuttles.

I.【Timetable for shuttles】
09:00-15:20 on September 3, 2016.
Hualien Train StationDong-Hua: Please wait for the shuttle at the rear station exit at the time you’ve signed up. 
Dong-HuaHualien Train Station: Please wait for the shuttle at the square in front of Dormitory VI. The last shuttle will leave at 6 P.M.

II.【Shuttle Route】
Hualien Train Station (rear station) Zhixue Station (only people that have signed up) Dormitory VII Dormitory VI Dormitory V
  

III.【Application】
From ‘8 A.M. on  August _6_, 2016’ to ‘12 P.M.  August _26_, 2016’ please go on Dong-Hua website (http://sys.ndhu.edu.tw/sa/bus_flash/login.aspx). Please sign up for the time you want to take the shuttle, and print the ticket(s) out. Each can only have 4 tickets at most. If you want to make alteration, please delete the tickets you have already signed up.
