標題： Dong Hwa’s staff could opt for flexible working hours on Nov. 17, 2015 (Tue) thanks to anniversary celebration sports meet.

1. As sports meet opening ceremony and subsequent creative cheerleader completion in celebration of Dong Hwa’s anniversary is set to be held from 17:00 until 22:00 on Nov. 17, 2015 (Tue), colleagues who are engaged in aforementioned activities could opt to work on flexitime that day subject to unit director’s agreement.

2. Pursuant to Dong Hwa’s stipulation that the total daily working hours should be 9 hours. Colleague engage in sports meet activities on Nov. 17 (Tue) are required to clock in and clock out in the internet as usual or sign out on paper that is laid on a table in the hall of Track Activity Center, which is provided by Physical Education Center that day.

3. If there is need for any staffer to work overtime, i.e., exceeding 9 hours on Nov.17, please follow the standing stipulation on overtime.
