標題： Faculty tennis tournament 2015 held by Dong Hwa’s faculty tennis club

1.	Objective: to increase interactivities among Dong Hwa’s faculty, staff and their dependents, to promote fellowship, to promulgate tennis sports on the campus, to cultivate team spirits, whereupon this tournament is held.

2.	Hosted by Dong Hwa’s faculty tennis club.

3.	Sponsored by tennis varsity team. 

4.	Match date/time: 15:00 pm on Nov. 6, 2015 (Friday)

5.	Venue: Red clay courts nearby gymnasium.

6.	Qualification: Currently employed faculty, staff, retired faculty, staff and their spouses.

7.	Deadline of signing up: sign up on the spot before 15:30 pm of match day.

9.	Events: (1). Faculty male doubles (2). Faculty female doubles. 
Remarks: 1. If the number of female players are not enough for the match, they will be absorbed and regrouped into male doubles.
        2. To form pairs at will after having checked in. Only if there is no objections to any pairs formed on the scene will the match begin.
        3. Tournament adopts round-robin system.

10.	Match exposition: 
(1). A set is won by winning six games on no-advantage basis, match tie-breaker adopted after 6 matches in draw.
(2). In the case of mix doubles vs. male doubles, male doubles must yield one ball on each match.
