標題： Faculty designated to sign in Dong Hwa Cup campus running 2015

I.	In order to advocate healthy recreation and promulgate running sports, there is a “Dong Hwa Cup campus running 2015” event held by PE Center on May. 16, 2015 (Sat).
II.	As campus running this year adopts electronic chip for timing, charges fee and invites running lovers within and without campus to sign in, this year’s running is scheduled to be held on weekend - Saturday. To elevate health status, actuate and animate colleagues to participate, Dong Hwa’s each department and administrative unit are required to designate 1 ~ 3 colleagues to sign up this running event free of charge.
III.	Designees are entitled to 4 hours compensatory leave and credits to civil servant’s lifelong learning passport, but no claiming to sports jersey, towel that are exclusive to paid runners.
IV.	Each dept. and administrative unit please provide us by Apr.30 (Thu) the designated colleagues’ names for follow-up who must key-in their personal information of their own accord up to sign-up website as follows:
