Dong Hwa’s staff could opt for flexible working hours on Nov. 18 (Tue) thanks to anniversary celebration sports meet.

1. As Dong Hwa’s anniversary celebration sports meet is set to be held roughly from 14:00 until 21:00 on Nov. 18, 2014 (Tue), colleagues who are engaged in this sports meet could opt to work on flexitime that day subject to unit director’s agreement.

2. Pursuant to Dong Hwa’s stipulation that the total daily working hours should be 9 hours. Colleague engage in sports meet are required to clock in and clock out in the network as usual or sign in/sign out on paper provided by Center for Physical Education that day.

3. In order to avoid serious impact on daily business, each department, college should maintain at least 1/2 manpower, administrative units 1/3, who should work on regular working hours from 8:00 am to 17:00 pm that day.

4. If there is need for any staffer to work overtime, i.e., exceeding 9 hours on Nov.18, please follow the standing stipulation on overtime.
