敬致 全體教職員生： FUN 暑假，圖資中心貼心為大家提供「暑假優惠借書」方案，鼓勵大家善加利用！ 一、優惠借期 (一)優惠日：自103年6月9日(一)起借閱之圖書，應還日期：103年9月24日(三)或應到期日。 (二)服務對象：本校教職員工生 (三)適用資料：一般中、西文圖書及館際借書證。 (四)貼心提醒您： 1.103.6.9(一)以前借閱之資料仍依原“到期日”為準，請準時還書或續借，以免造成逾期罰款。 2.視聽資料、兒童書、國小教科書與隔夜借還之參考書等，維持原來的借期，不適用優惠借期，請注意歸還日期。 3.暑假仍持續提供預約服務，倘您無法到館取書者，請務必自行上網取消。關於預約資料有問題者，請來電洽詢或來信。 4.暑假期間若需本館寄送已可取之預約資料，請回信至library@mail.ndhu.edu.tw告知（註明：學號、姓名、手機、郵寄地址等資料），相關郵資費用由使用者返校後再至本館結清。 5.最後，請在返鄉或出國前，上網確認持借資料的到期日與預約狀況，以免造成逾期罰款。 二、暑假開館時間 (一)暑假期間：103.06.23(一)至103.9.16(二) (二)開館時間如下： 星期一至四、六：09:15-16:45 星期五： (1)開館：6/27、9/12 (開館時間 09:15-16:45 ) (2)休館：7/4、7/11、7/18、7/25、8/1、8/8、8/15、8/22、8/29、9/5 (全校 統一暑休日) 星期日：休館 ※特殊服務時間：八月最後一周 (8/25 - 8/31) (1)8/25(一)-8/28(四) 關閉閱覽區進行館舍空間整備，僅提供一樓服務台 (預約書及館合取件 )。 (2)8/29(五)-31(日) 休館。 ◎開館時間如需調整，本館得事先公告後實施。如有任何問題，歡迎與我們連絡。 敬祝 假期愉快 圖書資訊中心 敬上 103.06.05 ====================================== 連絡電話：圖書館服務檯 (03)863-2838 E-mail：library@mail.ndhu.edu.tw ------------------------------------------------------------------ Dear Faculty Members and Students: We provide “summer vacation’s preferential loan period” program to encourage you to make the best use of library resources! 1. Preferential loan period. A. Offering date: For the books borrowed from Jun. 9th, 2014 (Mon), the due date shall be Sep. 24th, 2014(Wed). B. Clients: All faculty members, staffs, and students of NDHU. C. Available resources: Eastern and Western language books, and interlibrary cards D. Please notice: i. Original due date remains unchanged for the materials borrowed before Jun. 9th, 2014 (Mon). Please return books on time or renew them to avoid overdue fines. ii. Except the available resources mentioned above, others ( like audio-visual materials, children's books, elementary school textbooks, overnight reference books, etc.) are not included in this preferential loan period. Their original loan period and due dates remain unchanged. So, please return them on time to avoid overdue fines. iii. Reservation service is still available. If you are unable to check out the book on time, please cancel it on-line before the system notice you. iv. Before going to your hometown or abroad, please check the due dates and your reservation status on-line in order to avoid overdue fines. 2. Summer vacation opening hours. A. Summer vacation period: From Jun. 23rd, 2014(Mon) to Sep. 16th, 2014(Tue). B. The opening period and hours are as follows: Monday ~ Thursday, Saturday: 09:15-16:45 Friday: (1)Opening day：27th June, 12th September.( Hours: 09:15-16:45) (2)Closed：4th July, 11th July, 18th July, 25th July, 1st August , 8th August, 15th August, 22nd August, 29th August, 5th September. (school fixed summer break) Sunday: Closed ※Due to space cleaning, library provides first floor desk service for taking online reserved book only. Date：25th August to 28th August. (Closed：29th August to 31st August) ◎Any adjustment to the opening hours shall be implemented after prior notice of the library.
