標題： Dong Hwa Cup campus running 2014

Dear faculty and students, 

Dong Hwa Cup campus running 2014 is scheduled to be held at concourse in front of Track Activity Center of NDHU at Shoufeng campus 6:30 am on Apr.23 (Wed). We sincerely invite you to participate in this yearly sports festival.

For the sake of safety, there will be traffic control on the running route during 6：10~7：40 at that day (please see attached map)

Road running is all the rage these days in Taiwan. Dong Hwa’s campus is very large in expanse with crisp air and spanking breeze like no other where runners could enjoy running ,relax and improve healthfulness. 

In order to raise challenge for some runners, we added this year an open group of 8 kilometers—2 laps — in addition to usually general group of 4 kilometers.

Welcome to sign up for this race.

In order to encourage Dong Hwa’s faculty and staff to sign up this running for their health, runners are eligible to flexible working hours that day subject to not affecting their daily business in office: 6:00 am ~ 15:00 pm for stipulated 8 full hours and are entitied to 2 hours credited to their lifelong learning passport that necessitates runner’s check-in by signing on the spot that morning.

06：30  Assembling at Track Activity Center, Shoufeng campus
06：45  Warm-up calisthenics
06：50  Speech by Honorables
07：00  Sally forth on the sound of a starting pistol
07：40  Finale (traffic control relieved)
07：45  Prize awarding
