【應徵資格】 
-Ability to create original designs from project requirements and style guidelines
-Strong communication skills with the ability to debate design decisions
-Self-starter and driven to see a project through to completion, especially the small details
-Detail oriented and a keen eye for creating pixel-perfect layouts and designs
-Obsessive about design and an advocate for clean, contemporary, uncluttered designs
-Familiarity with UX/UI trends, best practices and web design standards
-Layout skills and an experienced eye for color and typography for English-speaking audiences
-Understanding of web performance challenges and experience in optimizing graphical elements and page layouts for speed
-Ability to produce work & do typography in English

3. 自發性從頭到尾完成項目，特別是小細節的部分。
4. 對於完美像素的佈局與設計能隨時注重細節並保持敏銳的眼光。
5. 隨時追求乾淨、現代、簡潔的設計。
6. 熟悉UX/ UI的趨勢，最佳運用和網頁設計的標準。
7. 擁有版面設計技巧，對顏色及印刷字體有敏銳的眼力，尤其是針對英語觀眾的部分。
8. 了解網頁表現的各項挑戰，有優化圖形元素方面和優化網頁版面的經驗。
9. 能夠使用英文設計網頁及排版
擅長工具: HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Javascript and AJAX

【工作內容】 
We are building a team to launch new web products and services. Have a passion for great design? Come join our new team in beautiful Hualien, Taiwan. We need people that have raw talent and a passion to build great products. Your contributions will be crucial to our future success and your work will reach a large international audience.
Responsibilities:
-Build beautiful, thoughtfully-designed user interfaces and page layouts in HTML, CSS, JavaScript using Illustrator, Photoshop and other tools.
-Create logos, color themes, web page layouts, branding.
-Create templates for software development teams and work with development teams to implement designs into functional products
-Make design enhancements and changes to existing products
-Communicate concepts through sketches, diagrams, and Photoshop layouts
1. 使用HTML、CSS、JavaScrip、 Illustrator、Photoshop等工具創作美觀，精巧的用戶界面和網頁。
2. 設計創作logo、顏色主題、網頁以及品牌塑造。
3. 建立介面給軟體開發團隊，與開發團隊合作把設計的成果應用在產品上。
4. 改良現有產品的設計。
4. 透過草圖、圖表和Photoshop進行概念的溝通。
