三、擬聘年度：101學年度第2學期（102年2月1日起聘）
四、授課內容：管理學院商用英文課程及其他相關課程
五、學歷：英語文學或管理相關領域碩士學歷（含）以上；或獲有碩士學位且英語為母語者。
六、待遇：依國立東華大學專案教師聘任辦法。

One Full-Time Contract-based Teaching Position Available at
the College of Management, National Dong Hwa University

1. Job title: Full-time Contract Teacher
2. Job description:
Responsibilities for the full-time contract teacher position include teaching Business English, or other related courses. Full-time contract teachers are required to teach 16 hours per week and are expected to organize additional English activities throughout the semester. Contracts are renewed annually based on performance.
3. Salary:
a.  Starting salary is NTD$47,700 per month (before tax).
b. 12% of each month’s salary is deposited into the employee’s pension program; 6% of the contribution is made by the employee, and 6% is from the employer.
c.  Benefits include labor insurance, health insurance, etc.

4. Starting date: February 1, 2013 (101, Spring Semester)
5. Qualifications: Native or native-level English speaker with a Master’s degree in TESOL, English education, or other related fields.

b. Up-to-date curriculum vitae
c. Transcripts as well as undergraduate and graduate degrees/diplomas.
Note: Transcripts and degrees/diplomas from other countries must be certified by ROC (Republic of China) Embassies and Missions Abroad. Please visit the Bureau of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (http://www.boca.gov.tw/mp.asp?mp=2) for more information. The certification document are only required for the successful applicants who hold the ROC passport.
