「國立東華大學運動場館管理辦法」、「國立東華大學運動場館管理辦法實施細則」部份條文修正案業經101年10月17日本校101學年度第一學期第二次行政會議通過，請參閱附件(紅字部份)，臚列場管辦法修正要點如下： Regulations and rules on sports field, gymnasium of NDHU have been revised by the 2nd Administrative Council, 1st semester , 2012 academic year on Oct.17, 2012 which please see as attached (highlighted in red). Listed as below the major modifications of regulations and rules on sports field, gymnasium: 1. 恢復美崙校區運動場館借用及收費標準。 Restore the use and reservation on sports field/gymnasium of NDHU at Meilun campus and reinstate the original charge tariff. 2. 游泳池開放時間逢週六日下午提早自14:00開池(原自16:00開池)。 Opening time of swimming pool on weekend afternoons (Saturday and Sunday) is starting earlier from 14:00 on. (starting on 16:00 during weekdays) 3. 運動場館場地原開放時間至23:00，為顧慮場地開關燈清潔工讀生作業休息時間，各場館開放最晚時間本次修正為22:00。 Opening time on sports field/gymnasium of NDHU could be originally as late as 23:00. Take account of student worker’s working hours, the opening time is now being revised to 22:00 the latest. 4. 增加戶外運動場地夜間免費開燈登錄使用卻無故未使用亦未通知管理單位取消開燈每場地每小時500元之罰則。 5. To avoid squandering on electricity, those who booked outdoor free courts at night but failed to show up or inform the management about cancellation will be fined NT$500 per court/per hour as a penalty. 6. 場地借用系統限制同一天同一場地同一個借用人最多只能借2小時、每次借用最多可借7筆場地。(借用單位系所最多借用4小時)。 Sports field reservation through Sports Field Management System is subject to following restrictions: A. One person can only book 2 hours at most for any specified sports field in one day, 7 entries at most in one go. B. One unit (college department) can only book 4 hours at most for any specified sports field in on day. 7. 取消壽豐校區體育館內舞蹈教室/跆拳道教室/會議室校內空調費。 Cancel air-conditioning charge on Dance Classroom/Taekwondo Classroom/Meeting Room in the Sport Hall premises of NDHU at Shoufeng campus. 8. 刪除游泳證申請單上「家長簽章: (滿二十歲者可免)」字句。 Delete “undersigned by parent—exempted for those who are older than 20 years of old (age of majority)”from the Swim pass application form.
