一、請各系系辦 於 11/19(一) 12:00前繳交各系所介紹詞(150字以內)以作為校慶運動會各系進場介紹之用 謝謝
Each college department of NDHU please hand in a less-than–150- words introduction by 12:00 at noon Nov.19 (Mon), by which Master of Ceremony will announce department’s parading into Track Stadium on Dong Hwa’s anniversary sports. 

介紹詞請繳至體育中心:或 e-mail 寄 james@mail.ndhu.edu.tw莊春昇 收

Please send your introduction to PE Center or e-mail to address as above listed.


二、繳交系旗

繳交期限：即日起自101年11月19日 中午12點截止

繳交地點：體育中心 職員辦公室  

繳交規格：長×寬   60cm×90cm~110cm×140cm（不含白邊）
 

尚未繳交系所請儘快繳教
 Each college department of NDHU please, if you have not done so yet,  hand in your department flag by 12:00 at noon Nov.19, 2012 to Physical Education Center.

Size of flag (length x width): 60cm × 110 cm ~ 90 cm × 140 cm,  flag pole circumference excluded.
