標題： 國立東華大學運動園區「運動場地借用管理系統」流程更新公告Notice on alteration of reservation procedure on sports fields

自101.11.5(星期一)開始，運動園區場地借用之「運動場地借用管理系統」流程有以下更新，請惠予留意配合：

原流程:
場地借用涉及繳費之作業流程於系統登錄借用後，列印申請單，於隔日二個工作日內至台企銀行繳費，並於隔日三個工作日內，於上班時間至體育中心辦公室辦理借用確認。

更新流程:
場地借用涉及繳費之作業流程於系統登錄借用後，列印申請單，於隔日三個工作日內至體育館器材室-張育銘先生處(分機2619/上班時間09:00~12:00/13:30~18:00)繳費並同時辦理借用確認。

Effective from Nov.5, 2012 (Mon) on, the procedure in reserving sports field under “Sports Fields Management System” has been altered as below, please note: 
Reservation has to do with payment:

Original:
After booking, please print out application form, pay the listed charge to bank by the second working day, then go to Physical Education Center for confirmation of your sports fields’ reservation within three working day after payment.

Revised:
After booking, please print out application form, pay the listed charge to Mr. Chang, Yu-min, whose extention no.2619/office hours 09:00~12:00 am/13:30~18:00 pm, of Physical Education Center in the equipment room, Sports Hall, NDHU by the third working day at the latest and get confirmed subsequently on the spot of your reservation.
