敬致 全體教職員生：
   圖書館目前有百萬冊豐富紙本圖書及視聽資料，本館主動網羅了許多新書及好書，但總有遺珠之憾，漏網之魚，有賴大家共同薦購充實館藏。推薦流程簡要說明如下，其餘詳見本館網頁校內各單位及讀者圖書薦購標準作業流程。依性質分以下兩種：

一、薦購通識綜合性資料—教職員工生
   1.請先利用本館「館藏查詢系統」查詢是否已有館藏，以充分運用有限資源。
   2.在本館「我的帳戶/個人薦購/新增推薦」薦購。
   3.圖書館依經費、資料內容等條件查核，再列入訂購書單。
   4.圖書到館後通知推薦者到館借閱。

二、薦購專業研究性資料—全校教師
   1.薦購
教師請依「系所圖書薦購清單」格式填寫書目，並e-mail至所屬系所之行政助理以便查核複本。清單格式如附檔，或至本館網頁右上角「表單下載」下載。
2.複本查核
經由系所行政助理查核複本後，以excel檔e-mail至圖書館採購專用信箱buy@mail.ndhu.edu.tw。
3.薦購核章
請系所行政助理將薦購清單另印出紙本，勾選經費來源及系所主管用印後，逕送圖書館採編組進行估價。
4.估價及訂購核章
由圖書館詢價後，製作請購清單送系所主管確認核章，如已典藏、已絕版、再版中…等情況，會轉知系所行政助理告知薦購老師。
5.圖書館依採購法辦理採購

圖書館依據各系所主管確認後之書單辦理採購。 
國內出版中文及西文現貨書到貨時間為1~1.5個月
大陸書及西文非現貨書到貨時間為1.5~3個月

To all faculty and staff members
   The library currently has a rich collection of 1,000,000 books and audiovisual materials. We are always active in acquiring new, good books. However, there is always the chance of missing a gem. We, therefore, have to rely on suggestions of you to replenish our collection. The proper procedure for making recommendations is as follows 
1. Please use the library search system to make sure the item is not in the library’s collection to ensure maximum use of limited resources
2. Make recommendations by connecting to your account and selecting ‘My account/  recommendations’ and then ‘add a recommendation’ 
3. The library will consider both the budget and  the content of the items before they are included in the book order list.
4. The person who made the recommendation will be notified to pick up the item once it arrives at the library.
